Let me offer you an inside view of this Skopelos property with some printable floor plans, that you will find further down. The main entrance of this island house is reached by a typical brick-walled stairway that leads up to the first floor. The beautifully crafted traditional open beamed ceiling is one of the first striking assets of this villa, entering the living area from the hall.
Secondly your eyes will catch the artistic design of the beautiful fireplace creating the feel of bygone days, lending this house its soul.
The next highlight will be the big kitchen with dining area in front of the fireplace, open to the living room. Handcrafted in a unique design, one can enjoy cooking without limits; helpers will easily find their place, as there is enough space for more than one cook.
From the living room we access the huge covered balcony with views to the island of Evia. Sheltered from the hot sun, al fresco meals can be served with ease.
Back through the hall a few steps bring you to the sizable master bedroom with private sun terrace, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The upper part of the house is of about 90 m2 living space, it holds one of the three bedrooms of this beautiful island home.
Access to the roof terrace we have via some stone built steps outside of the main entrance, so also the tenants of the independent apartment on the ground floor can use it without disturbing an eventual second party.
For a better understanding of the first floor of the house I placed some floor plans together with sketches I made during the house building phase. The master bedroom is built on an elevated position, so it got a separate plan.
