On this page with one more of the printable floor plans I would like to give you an introduction to the ground floor of the Skopelos property, the independent apartment, that has been built for our Greek/Austrian family mainly when they come to visit us, but also to host our summer guests. Further down you find the last of the printable floor plans for your better orientation.Entering the house from the front terrace, the door opens into the dining room and the new kitchen with lots of storing space.
Through a short hallway to the left a comfortable bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom is reached. This airy and sunny room has three windows and French door with direct access to one of the terraces with sea views. The colors of this room are kept is the blue and petrol shade, the waters around the island show so many times.
Opposite the double bedroom, crossing the dining area again, there is a cozy twin bedroom offering the comfort of a second en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has space for an extra bed, to accommodate a third person. The warm colors of this room might tempt you to spend some afternoons indoors.
Back in the dining area, a staircase leads to the upper floor, a door links the two levels. At the stair head a big roof window pours bright sunlight all day.
