House exteriors of
our Skopelos villa for sale
On this page I would like to give you an introduction to the house exteriors of one of the most perfect Greek islands homes. The property covers part of a hill side about 100 m long, just above Potami valley, looking over Limnonari to the island of Evia.The access road leading up from the main road end right at the plot.
The land consists of an olive grove of 4,628m2, that holds about 100 olive trees. In a good year this can bring the yearly consumption of a small family eating salad every day. The Mediterranean kitchen is full with recipes using loads of olive oil for main courses, and once started, you will never want to miss this full, specific taste ever again. The next 2 pictures are taken within the olive grove.
All terraces of the property have good sea views. In front of the ground floor we have one shaded and one sunny terrace, just before the entrance to the independent apartment is most of the times used for a breakfast with sea views, the sunny terrace has direct access from the double bedroom of the apartment.
Walking along, our natural next stop would be the platform on the way to the roof terrace, of course we have best sea views again, and in this case morning sun and shade in the afternoon.
We continue our way to the roof terrace, maybe our highlight of the house exteriors. What a freedom! There is not too many places on earth where you can feel so strong, maybe the Ancient Gods on Mount Olympus felt like this.
From the roof terrace you look down to the last of outside space to introduce to you, the terrace just out of the seating room of the first floor.
